Shipping, returns and refund policy
Well, first of all, Thank you so much for placing an order! By placing your order, you are directly supporting our work in providing employment and training opportunities to newly arrived migrant and refugee women! Thank you, you are such a legend!
Once you place your order, initially you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order.
After your order is shipped out; you will receive another email with your tracking code to confirm your order has been sent out and on its way to be delivered.
Shipping time frame (please keep in mind pre-orders shipping time frame varies depending on when the order is made!)
Same state: 1-5 Business days
Interstate: 2-7 business days,
Same state: 1-3 Business days
Interstate: 2-4 business days
Please note pre-orders, will take an estimate of 2-3 weeks to be made. All pre-orders will be made in our small Western Sydney studio by our sewing technicians. As soon as we finish making your dress, we will ship it to you! To create an excellent customer experience for you, We will send you updates in every stage of your garment production!
You can return any item within 14 days of purchase with the condition the item is its original packaging, unused, in the same new condition as purchased with the original tags still attached.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “ Return” and your order number. We will take it from there for you!
Please be mindful, for the safety of our customers and hygiene reasons items such as face masks can not be returned.
Once we receive the item you have returned and it meets the conditions mentioned( unused, new with original tags); we will process your refund back to the bank account you have provided us with. Just as easy as that babe!
